Minneapolis, MN - After multiple rounds of competition and months of business plan development, Chanl Health has been selected as a finalist in the Minnesota Cup Startup Competition.
"The competition has been such a great experience, from mentorship to networking to educational events", said Jared Sieling, Chanl's Founder and CEO. "It has been great to get out and reconnect with the local startup community after the past year, and we can see that it is still alive and well in Minnesota."
The MN Cup is a yearly startup competition aimed at connecting Minnesota's entrepreneurial ecosystem and grow the state's innovation footprint. As part of the competition, 1300 participants in eight categories refined their business plans, gave investor presentations, and filmed promotional videos. The grand-prize winner will be announced on Sept 20th at the University of MN McNamara Alumni Center.
About Chanl Health
Chanl Health is the leading provider of virtual cardiopulmonary rehab solutions in the U.S. Founded in 2017, Chanl set out to eliminate preventable readmissions and deaths for patients who experienced a cardiovascular event. They have partnered with some of the leading cardiac care providers across the country and are well positioned to help patients take advantage of the explosion of telehealth adoption in the past year.
Chanl has developed the software tools and care guidelines that hospital systems need to deliver virtual cardiac rehab to their patients. Through a patient app (Better Hearts) and clinician dashboard, programs can easily manage and stay connected to patients who participate in rehab from the comfort of their own home. The intuitive technology uses motivation and behavior change techniques to keep patients engaged. At-home education modules and connected devices (such as watches and scales), simplify patient care and extend the reach beyond the hospital walls.
