Virtual Office Administrator

Chanl Health is an innovative digital healthcare startup, changing the way that patients with cardiovascular disease recover and rehab after a heart attack or event. Our programs, delivered to patients through a mobile app, help them stick with their care plan as they return home from the hospital to recover, and guide them through rehab on their own, convenient schedule. Our patient engagement, education, and monitoring tools are greatly improving access and outcomes for patients during this pivotal time in their lives.

We are looking for a Virtual Office Administrator to coordinate operations of our "virtual office" and remote workforce. You will be responsible for day-to-day back-office operations, including invoicing, payment of bills, tracking expenses, and contracting. As with any startup, you will be expected to "wear different hats" and chip in across other areas of the business when needed. We have a fun, collaborative team, and are growing quickly. What you’ll do:
  • Drive and execute our office operations. Develop and maintain processes for smooth operations.
  • Work with sales team on contracting and invoicing processes.
  • Manage bill pay, expense tracking, and payroll.
  • Wear other hats and collaborate with others in the company 20% of your time.
